Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (Regulation 9) states that all people using work equipment which may cause a risk to the user must be trained. Our course covers how to use the equipment but also the Hazards that come with using the equipment. These courses are run on a regular basis nationwide and run for approximately 4 hours with a maximum of 12 people per class. When complete you will be issued with a 3 year Certificate. We run an Abrasive Wheel Instructors course for those who wish to run their own training. This will have a max of 10 people but you must have at least a QQI Level 6 qualification to do this. This course is run in Dublin and Kildare but also at Customers premises Nationwide depending on the amount of trainees participating. It is run over 2 days and all trainees that complete the course will be issued with an Abrasive wheel instructors Certificate and Card.
